I bought these for myself because I got a call from a job I applied for. I was expecting to get this call eventually but had no idea when it would happen. I didn't believe it was going to be possible to be clean given the amount I had smoked that month. I read through all of these reviews and a good amount of them are pretty useless. I didn't see many that had detailed info and people that had used them on themselves. They must be pretty accurate because I was offered the job unless they just didn't give a s***. But information on the internet from several sources says that a light user will only have detectable levels for 1-10 days. I also worked out daily, drank plenty of water, cranberry juice, and niacin (from Red Bull). I don't know what anyone is talking about false negatives and positives.
