These are the perfect pans for baking cakes, and the only type I would use. I love the little lever for unsticking the cakes. (I would like to add, I don't use them often, so I am not sure about longevity.)

These work good for two layer cakes. Not super deep tho. So if you are looking to have two regular size layers like most commercial cakes, look elsewhere. Still, these double as pie pans. I use them for an awesome banana cake.

Love these! I bought these in 2022 and they are still like brand new. They are sturdy and hold up extremely well. They release perfectly and the "arm" is very strong... unlike other brands where the arm is very flimsy. I am going to order another set to make sure I always have them ready to go.

I remember my mother having these years ago and even kept them for my own use when I moved out to my own place. Of course like everything with age they needed to be discarded and the only pans in the stores were basically the non-stick types which still don't compare to these. I was happy to find them still available and they work perfectly. Easy to clean and if prepped correctly by a little spray and flour your cakes will come out perfect with ease. Once you use these you will not want to go back to your non-stick pans.
