Great conversion to allow you buy the less expensive pool hoses.

Part is on trial basis for now but works.
It wasnโt exactly like the last adaptor I had on my zodiac but it fit . This new one has a more accordion like design . Have to wait to see how long it will last but I needed it as the other cracked where you connect it to the other tubing that all connects to the cleaning apparatus . So far so good. I ordered this because I couldnโt find the same suction apparatus that I used before. Working so far .

Not a tight fit, but good enough
Set it up to connect to Polaris Pool cleaner to a Pentair Vac MAte. Works well enough.

just right and saves you money
If the hose went bad on your Zodiac MX6 robot like mine did, get this little adapter and you can use a regular 1 piece pool hose instead. I have had the same 30 foot hose for years and the Arizona sun hasn't killed it like 1 season did with the 6-foot sectioned Zodiac hose. Don't buy a replacement zodiac hose and throw your money away, get a good pool hose and use this adapter to connect your robot cleaner.

OEM hose links are too expensive
Twisted right on to my MX-8 and the float was a perfect fit from original hose. After about 4 years my hose links started to fall apart while twisting. I grabbed a cheap 35ft hose coupled with this device and have been happy.

Durability is below average.
Good fit. Works well. Relatively expensive. Durability is below average. Mine lasted only 10 months. The material used in the new blue hoses is not durable and usually only last 6-10 months then needs to be replaced.

Great Adaptation for Zodiac
This is a terrific adaptation to use for Zodiac to other tubing. I was unable to obtain replacement tubes for my zodiac due to the unique end connection. Not to mention the ridiculous inflated price for them. I used this to connect a universal hose to it. I think it actually works ever better now!!!
