Fox Run Mini Madeleine Pan, 20-Cup, Non-Stick

I'd been looking for a mini Madeleine pan for ages, and was really pleased to finally fine one. The non-stick surface works great, easy to clean and they pop right out. Just one thing to watch out for, since these are quite small, in fact one-bite size, watch your cooking time (reduce it but still keep an eye on them in the oven). Otherwise they can easily go from perfect to overdone and dark quickly. I'd buy it again, in fact I might because I like making a lot of them to take to gatherings.

I like the product. Note that they are mini and not the standard size shell. I posted a photo of how tiny the baked goods will be.

I ordered this knowing it was mini, which I thought would make a nice accompaniment to a selection of macarons and chocolates for a small family celebration with a French theme. CONS: I wish the ridges on the shell pattern were more visible/defined on the finished cakes. It’s possible a different recipe would show the ridges better. I’m also going to try browning them a bit more to see if that helps. I do feel like the photos used in the listing could be misleading about the depth of the ridges. PROS: I buttered half the pan and buttered+floured the other half — in both cases, the cakes came out of the pan beautifully while still hot. The pan is very easy to store (or even display) and fits comfortably on a half sheet pan to slide inside my standard electric oven. Bite size is cute and a nice option for a lot of reasons — a half batch of batter that is listed to make 16 full size madeleines yielded roughly 40 of the minis, making it easy for people to have a bite or two with other treats. If I wanted a really classic madeleine with a really obvious scallop pattern, this wouldn’t be the right pan. I may add a full size at some point for those occasions. But everyone here is very happy with the results because bite-size buttery cakes are dreamy. So I can’t really complain.

My daughter wanted to try to make Madeline’s for a school project. The pan worked well and the mini size was just big enough.

Smaller than I expected (completely my fault). other than size, its pretty good! you honestly don't have to coat the pan since the non-stick coating is excellent. I still coat it though just to give my Madelines a bit more of a crunchy surface.

Beautiful and easy to use! I forgot to put cooking spray on a few of them, but the cookies still slipped right out, so nothing wasted! Easy to cook in and clean.

the mold is for miniature madeleines, it says so in the description on amazon (which i somehow missed) however not on the item that's pictured which is what i purchased it based on. i'm not sure how well this works, it seems sturdy enough but considering the minuscule size i will be returning this asap.

This was smaller than I thought it would be. Madeleines come out as single or two-bite size. Nice, but hard to decorate as planned. Really don't cook any quicker than regular size.

The pan is absolutely non-stick and makes excellent madeleines!
