Cheap and sturdy. Perhaps a bit heavy for some but i will just hold closer to the hammerhead when i need a more delicate control

These whack on things really well so far without marring, and seem solid. Used them to install marmoleum click-tile flooring. Look forward to whacking on many more things in the future with them.

Initial review: Jan 2026, 3 Stars. I bought this Titan Tools 32 ounce rubber mallet for $7.77. Great price for any new mallet! Unfortunately, mine arrived used. The head has several scratches, dents, and scrapes, including a noticeble chunk of missing rubber along the head seem. The handle is fine. Besides the fact that it is used, it seems to be of average quality. Slightly subpar to similar style (rubber head / fibreglass handle) mallets from better known brands like Kobalt (Lowe's), but certainly comparable (B vs B+), and at under half the cost. Purportedly has a lifetime warranty, which may be needed given some of the other reviews I have seen. Time will tell how it holds up. I will post an update after it has seen significant use. I tried to exchange it for a new one, but it seems to be out of stock now. Update: Feb 2026, 2 Stars. It is back in stock but Amazon will not authorize a replacement, only a return. I would be paying more than I originally did just to get another mallet that might also arrive used. Update: Mar 2026, 4 Stars. I have used it quite a bit for work around my house, including on metal and plastic surfaces and objects - it has held up OK, for the most part. I haven't been going easy on it either. It has taken a little bit of damage... Some rubber mallets can tolerate being used on rough surfaces: I tried that with this one and one of the faces is roughed up and I managed to chip off a small piece from one side of the head. That's not unexpected given how I've used it, but it doesn't earn 5 Stars. Overall, I am happy with this mallet, and will buy another one the next time it is on sale for under $10.00.

It’s light weight. It very easy to use. The grip is great. The design is very good. The power is good. It’s just the right size for me. I will be getting a lot of use out of it.
