I bought these two matcha powders at the same time expecting similar quality, but they are very different and will fit different needs depending on how you like your matcha. The smaller tin has a much brighter green color, a finer texture, and tastes noticeably smoother. It whisks up creamy with no effort and has that nice natural sweetness you expect from higher-grade matcha. This is the one you want if you drink matcha straight, make lattes, or prefer a softer flavor without bitterness. The large tin, on the other hand, is more of an olive green and has a slightly coarser texture. The flavor is earthier and a little more bitter, which makes it better for baking or smoothies where you want matcha flavor but don’t need ceremonial-level quality. It’s a good value for the amount you get, just not as delicate or vibrant as the smaller tin. Overall, both are useful—just for different purposes. If you want a smoother daily latte or traditional matcha, pick the brighter one. If you want a budget-friendly big container for cooking or mixing, the larger tin works great.

This stuff is dynamite like it’s delicious and if you want to make a cold latte, it works perfectly with a good Matcha tool kit and it’s so delicious taste just as good as my local coffee roasters shop so I definitely recommend this and give it 5+ stars because it goes wonderful with a protein shake and you can drink it hot or cold, and it blends effortlessly.

I absolutely love this brand of matcha. I drink it almost daily with almond milk and ive tried a lot of other brands! This one is the best so far. Its very colorful not dull like others. Good smell and color, quality is there. I truly love all the health benefits you get from ceremonial grade matcha. I have completely swapped out coffee for this... and although it's kind of pricey the organic content is totally worth it. I feel like you get a lot for what you pay for

I bought this product on February 26th, so I'm sure the quality has slightly gone down and some slight oxidation has occured. The left is the Jade leaf and the right is a different ceremonial/first harvest matcha powder. I should preface I'm a beginner and new to matcha, so take that into consideration with my review. I have tried this sifting and without sifting and it's a pretty smooth matcha compared to others of lower quality or other cheaper ceremonial options. There is somewhat bitter/chalky/astringent taste, but not too much. I usually add sweetener though and that really helps. When I don't sift and just make the paste I don't experience much grainy texture, so if you're short on time it's a great option. When making the paste I'm able to get rid of most of the clumps. I'm still getting used to ratios, water temp, and refining my technique, which all those things could come into play. The flavor and smell are more on the subtle side. Overall I would suggest this matcha and think it's a good option for the price and could be a good everyday matcha on a budget.

I expected this to be much larger and have more product. But no lost stars because it doesn’t appear they falsely advertised anything. Flavor is fine. I’m not a matcha junkie so quality wise, I don’t know if it’s high quality or not. But I like it.

I really do love this Matcha and have enjoyed it but as far as the price I believe my next purchase will be for the cheaper one they have. I couldn't really tell much difference in the taste. But overall a great product.

I bought the match barista grade and the ceremonial grade, as well as hojicha powder. But I couldn't taste a huge difference between the two matchas. The price for the barista grade matcha was alittle cheaper than the ceremonial grade. This brand compared to others was more expensive. I don't think I will be back for these matchas.

When I first received this order, I thought I got ripped off. The package was very small. I thought I was going to get something much bigger because it said 30 servings, and I thought it looked bigger in the picture; however, I know that sometimes pictures make the product look bigger. I opened the container and poured the contents into the tin. It did not totally fill the tin. It was more than half full, though. After following the directions that said to use 1/2 teaspoon, I thought there appeared to be 30 servings in the container. I'll know for sure when I finish it. Using 1/2 teaspoon was enough to give it flavor and look like matcha was added. The taste was good. I used it for my smoothie. Overall, I was happy with this product. At first, I thought the advertising was deceptive, but then it looked like it wasn't after I followed the directions. Just don't expect a big container.

No me gustó, que justo yo elegí este producto por que supuestamente venía en bote , y me llegó en 2 bolsas. La presentación también importa, y es por lo que yo pagué por que lo consideré importante.

This is a very nice matcha. My picture is not doing justice but the green colour is slightly darker. It tastes good when I add vanilla syrup or brown sugar. It’s somewhat foamy when i add hot water and mix it with electric whisker. Will buy it again for sure, it tastes good when u add supplement flavours to it!
