Is the curing chamber heated?

Ditto - the chamber gets warmed up from the LEDs but not intentionally from a separate heater. I've not measured the temperature but it is mildly warm during operation and depends on the LED / Curing power level selected (3 levels, low, medium, high).

Can the leds be easily replaced? Do you sell the leds separately in case of replacement?

No, XYZprinting do not sell LEDs separately for replacement. However, the LEDs can last around 10,000 hours.
