This is the exact same hardware as the Unleashed model - but with different firmware. You can download the Unleashed firmware from Ruckus' support site for free. You can switch between firmware as often as you'd like. We can help with this process if needed.

What are the steps to removing my R510s and installing these R650?

It depends on how you are using them? If you have a ZoneDirector and you only have enough licenses for the AP's in use - you will have to remove an old AP from the ZD first and then you can add the new one. If you have available licenses - you simply need to plug it in. The ZD will find the AP and provision it. Keep in mind, you have to ensure the ZD has a new enough firmware version that will recognize the new model AP.
