Definately recommend these. I needed one for a replacement for an old cabinet that I inherited. I had to do a little carving out because the back was a little bigger than the one that originally came with the cabinet, but after that it matched the other one already in the other cabinet door perfectly. It was perfect. Made of metal very durable, and worth the money.

Nice item, but you probably need to trim the key hole to make it fit. I used a utility knife to cut the hole, and it worked fine. Every old piece of furniture is going to be different, so so your best. I had my old dresser stripped years ago, and they lost two pieces. I probably could have done a better job trimming the hole, but I didn’t 🤔🤷‍♂️

A must have for anyone who wants to replace the keyhole covers on antique furniture!! Works great. Easy to tap into the hole.

These really added some nice detailing to my dresser! I was able to tap these into the holes with a hammer. Two of the holes were too small but I used a dremel to open the hole up a bit more so I could tap it in. Even tapping with a hammer, the brass stayed intact. I don’t plan to functionally use the keyhole but you could probably add some glue when tapping in the keep it extra secure. Will definitely buy again.

Perfect fit for antique desk drawers. Measuring is ‘key’!! I was able to tap these into the key hole carve outs quite easily. I found these covers to be weighty, strong and provided the perfect aesthetic for my antique desk.
