Yens Elite Cushioning Roll 3/16 Perforated 12 Bubble Rolls Small 12 Width 700 feet, Clear

I picked up this Yens Elite cushioning roll for packing and it has been very useful to have on hand. The bubbles are a good 3/16 size for everyday items, giving enough protection for glass, electronics, and decor without adding a ton of bulk. With 12 inch width and 700 feet total, the roll lasts a long time even when I am wrapping larger items or doing a big moving or shipping job. The perforations every 12 inches are a big plus. It is easy to tear off clean sections without scissors, which saves time when you are wrapping a lot of boxes in a row. The plastic feels sturdy and the bubbles do not deflate immediately when handled or stacked. If you are moving, storing items, or run a small business that ships fragile products, this bulk bubble wrap is a very practical and cost effective option.

This large roll of bubble wrap has been a lifesaver, especially during my recent move. Great product!!!!I had been buying the “basic” bubble wrap for some time and was happy with it but I did the math and this product was a better deal. It was also of equal quality. It arrived faster than any other order I’ve placed in the past (not a prime member). EXCELLENT!!!! No odor, good cushioning, two manageable rolls and perforated .

So the good part is this bubble wrap is a good quality its a bit heavier than what I have been using. The perforations, while difficult to see as usual, tear easily. I don't see deflated bubbles and I've torn off 20 ft so far. It sort of sticks to itself, not as bad as cling wrap, but no worries about it unrolling from the roll on its own. Now the downside. the first thing I do when I buy a different brand of bubble wrap is check to see that I received the proper footage. These rolls are notoriously short, and these are no exception. I received two rolls which should have been a total of 700' or 350' each. Each roll weighs exactly 44.5 oz. I pulled two ten foot sections from one roll. Each ten foot section weighed exactly 1.5 oz. The last product I used was 1.2 oz per ten ft section. So great that this stuff is heavier, not so great that each roll is short about 53 to 55 ft if one does the math. The total weight includes the core. I did not subtract weight for the core when doing my calculation: 44.5/1.5=29.66x10=296.7ft. I'm not happy about this hence the 4 star rating rather than a five. I would complain more vigorously, but the price compared to the last product I bought is still comparable per foot, but not the bargain I thought it was.
