Had to use it for CNA class in California. ...
Had to use it for CNA class in California. It's very vague. The actual state test requires more attention to detail than what this book provides (use state practice tests if you can). Also, this book came in a softcover.

Not as advertised
When I purchased this it was suppose to be new. It was not. Someone had gone through and highlighted every question and written answers in. The seller must not open the book and look at the condition or they misrepresented what they were selling.
