Kettlebell Cross Training WOD

seen this many times and pondered about buying, did i need it, no , will i use it, hopefully yes, but in all honesty i bought it cos it looks so good, if i dont use it , will make a great door stop,possibly purchased wrong weight, read reviews about it before and thought about going lighter, but hell it looks so good at this weight. if you are thinking of buying i would suggest the lighter one and build up as this is heavy.came well packaged , really impressed.

Excellent alternative to kettle bell got the 7kg and 11kg if your used to a 16 kg kettle bell go for the 11 kg first feels heavier than 11kg. Was concerned about receiving damaged but seller has obviously addressed this now item well packaged.

Who needs a heavy weight shaped like a hammer? No one does, but now I've got this I'd never give it up. Way more versatile than I thought, especially if you already have some experience with kettlebells, clubbells and maces. So far I've found it excellent for variations of snatches, cleans, presses, circles, mills, rows, curls and squats. It works your grip in ways standard kettlebells don't, and feels surprisingly different to clubbells too. It is an excellent tool for complexes and flows, and I think that's where it really shines. Build quality is excellent, very clean casting with a better balance than the Gravity Fitness ones (and a much nicer handle). It was also packed very well, and arrived quickly. Weight-wise, if you have clubbell/kettlebell experience, the 25lb is great for a light flow, the 35lb better for single-handed heavy complexes. If you don't have clubbell/kettlebell experience, go for the 15lb and look for basic clubbell exercises to start you off. Can't fault it really. Silly, yes, but then don't we all need a bit of silly sometimes?

Instead of using the typical kettle bell vats to recover from shoulder surgery, I went with this. Great workout and seriously sturdy. I'm a rather big fellow so I got a heavier one. YMMV

I already have a standard 16kg kettlebell, so decided to get the 11kg hammer. The hammer appears to be constructed from one lump of material. Possibly moulded. It's is aesthetically pleasing. I suspect sweaty palms may slip on the handle. But I always wear light DIY gloves with textured palms and fingers, so hopefully won't be a problem for me. To test my worthiness, I summoned it, judging by the shipping label, it heard my call and it came all the way from Germany. Arrives really well packaged, please see photos. Not shown, is the Amazon packaging that the product box arrived in. That took a beating. I've recently sustained injury, so yet to really use it. But just handling it is a joy.

This is just a brilliant item I bought two as the deal was too good to miss they look great holding them makes you feel stronger I've yet to exercise with them somehow just having them in view helps with the other excersises

Essential purchase. Stop thinking about it. Just buy it. Epic addition to the home gym. A worthy purchase. Lots of utility and brings some fun and variety into training 💪🏼

al inizio ero scettico su esercizi da adoperare e qualità del oggetto ma poi dopo averlo preso con mano e aver preso confidenza con l'attrezzo imparandone i trucchetti e numerosi esercizi . posso dire che e una valida alternativa la Kettlebell. anche il peso inferiore rispetto a Dumbell e Kettlebell e giustificato. poiche al inizio ero tentato da prendere quello piu pesante di tutti ma poi ho puntato su questo e posso dire di aver fatto mai scelta piu azzeccata. infatti in rotazione cioè swing il peso avvertito sarà indubbiamente maggiore e lo stress sui polsi e avambracci sarà maggiore rispetto ai tradizionali kettlebell.. con questo peso si riesce in poco tempo a padroneggiare l'atrezzo sentendosi davvero imbattibili. oltre a rappresentare una valida alternativa alla solita routine l'hammerbell si presenta come un attrezzo solido e resistente capace di sfidare il tempo e l'usura.. un vero e proprio martello di asgard facendovi sentire davvero un eroe inarrestabile mentre lo sguainate con l'obbiettivo di mantersi in forma. io lo trovo davvero divertente avendolo inserito come punto stabile 1 volta a settimana nella mia routine di allenamento! straconsiglio la spesa

Robust, Männlich, Herausfordernd, Wunderschön. Dieses Teil ist im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes "der Hammer". Jedes Mal, wenn ich ihn sehe, bekomme ich Lust zu trainieren. Der ist so massiv, dass sogar meine Enkelkinder irgendwann damit trainieren werden. Ich besitze ihn in 2 Varianten: 1x 25lb und 1x 35lb Das Training ist mit beiden sehr fordernd und fühlt sich schwerer als ein vergleichbarer Kettlebell an. Man muss sich bewusst sein, dass ein solcher Hammer KEINEN Vorteil zu einem normalen Kettlebell liefert. ABER er ist um ein Vielfaches cooler! Klar ist er recht teuer, aber wie schon erwähnt, ihr werdet ihn bis zum Lebendsende benutzen können. Lieferung war schnell und der Hammer kommt super sicher verpackt. Kleiner Tipp: Benutzt beim Training damit "Griptage" für den Griff und am besten noch "Kalk" für die Hände, da er durch Schweiß etwas rutschig werden könnte.
