Will this work in a 04 BMW 330i diff ?

The Lubegard 31904 is for Ford products. I recommend calling the BMW dealer and ask them which type lube and additive are required for your year make and model vehicle. If you have a rear noise the Lubegard 31904 will not fix the problem, the issue may be a bearing, spacer or something more serious that will require a trained BMW repair mechanic.

How much do you use for a dana 35 in a jeep cherokee?

One 4 ounce tube treats capacities up to 2 quarts. Capacities over 2 quarts require a second 4 ounce tube.

Can I pour all 4oz into a transfer case which has 1 quart of fluid?

I’ve always used it in a rear diff that has a clutch pack for limited slip. You might want to check your owners manual to make sure they require it in the transfer case.

Would this be a replacement for the mopar limited slip additive?

It works very well in TRD (Toyota) limited slip units which can be very finicky about additives. I don't know what Mopar specs are, or your application requirements.
