I am going to keep it! I had ordered and then changed my mind after reading someone else's bad review on it, but I am experiencing great results. It cuts great. Maybe that other person was cutting very flimsy paper, but I am getting great cuts. I am so glad my order got to me after all despite me trying to "un-order" it. No regrets and so much fun!

Love this - perfect for my needs. I make planners/journals for my friends as gifts and make a lot of planner covers and things for myself. This is perfect for that. It was a bit of a learning curve for me since I'm not familiar enough with A paper sizing, but I figured it out pretty quickly. Cuts through ~20 sheets at a time and the tool to line up properly has a guide to make sure you don't try to punch too much paper at once. Easy to empty and stores very well. Happy with the purchase!

Just like a lot of others are mentioning, it did come with a small stain on the handle that was easy to wipe off. I just took it as these things have been sitting in an amazon wearhouse for a long period of time with something resting on top of it which caused the stain on the top of the handle. My main gripe though is that these will cut thru 10 mil lamination but it leaves a little bit of the cutting behind. It's not a clean cut. I have to go over the holes afterwards to cut the extra little pieces off with an exacto knife. I've tried punching aluminum foil a bunch of times to try and sharpen the blades which helped a bit but it still doesn't cut clean. I'm stick with this punch because there aren't any other mushroom hole punches that cut similar to Happy Planner's hole punches. The stems are still not as long as the HP punch but they're still longer than the stems on the TUL & ARC punches.... and the Levenger punch. I can use We R Memory Keepers mushroom punch which I also own but it only punches one hole at a time which is time consuming. I've kept this though because it does punch thru 10 mil lamination, I just wish they were clean punches.

This is the second machine I ordered this week. I originally ordered the Disc Multiple punch machine and I returned it due to one of the attachments not producing lean cuts. I then turned around and ordered this machine that is just the disc punch only and when punching one to two sheets, it is not producing clean cuts. I find that I start getting clean cuts once I punch four sheets of 20 pound copy paper. The goal for this machine was for my kids business and the journals and bookmarks I make for their business are made with heavy cardstock paper and premium lamination sheets. So when I attempted to punch one of the made bookmarks it did not give me a clean cut therefore I find myself having to return this machine again, which is very unfortunate. Since I am not new to having a cinch machine given, I have 5 other ones (3 normal size and 2 mini) it was very convenient to have the mini disc punch that my kids can utilize as well to help with the production of their products. Since none are the disc punch I have to use a competitor’s brand when I really root for WRMK.

The cinch doesn't use blades to cut through the materials. It uses hardened steel punching pins. Over time, if you use it (especially on thicker stacks, chipboard, glitter cardstock, or laminated sheets), the pins get dull or get paper fibers stuck, which leads to frayed, fuzzy holes instead of clean cuts. I haven't had this for very long. I was hoping it would last for a while since it cost me over $90 to buy.
