Awesome!!

The product failed within a few weeks, which is outside of its 30 day warranty. The item / company has no contact information on their user manual, nor on line. iNce concept, poor execution.

The only downside i have with this product is that its battery life is terrible because it doesn't have an automatic standby mode. Unless you put it in standby mode you are going to have to recharge it from deaths door every day. I feel they could improve this product tremendously if they included that in the design.

For the life of me, these instructions are ridiculous and I cannot get the thing to vibrate. I am an acupuncturist and wanted to use these as call buttons.

This is like the fourth one that I have gone through. You think I would have learned but...The concept is awesome....when it works. Works well for a couple of months and then stops charging.

Works well. One star down due to short battery capacity. Have to charge it every day to make sure it doesnt die in the middle of the day.

I paid for a new product and received a used product full of scratches and dust that stopped working 2 weeks later.

The product is of much higher quality than expected. Specially the wrist band that is solid and doesnt feel cheap. Not easy to setup but once you get it its ok. Good range. Reliable so far.

The product was good but after two weeks of use the battery stopped charging and became hot when trying to charge.

Stopped working after two weeks. The battery doesn’t charge anymore, so I had to return it.

This is allot better than the other models.
