Worked out great with their bands
These handles combined with their exercise bands are an excellent exercise tool. perfect for travel too.

Like but...
I really like the Lifeline quick change handles but this particular single band handle has a fairly sharpish rim at the bottom of the band slot, (where the band exits), the rest of the slot is nicely rounded. Will see if it affects the bands after prolonged use. I suggest the Chinese manufacturers bevel that inner edge.

Rotating handles
I had an Nike workout bad with rotating handles that I beat to death over the past 15 years. So I was looking for a replacement. These work well and as a (retired) trainer I recommend them for band exercises such as traditional and reverse curls, trap raises, shoulder raises (standing, front and anterior delt) and several more. If you haven't tried a band with rotating handles, I think you'll be surprised by what a difference it makes in keeping form.
