I took a number of lessons to fix my slice, swing outside to in. It helped in many way with other issues I had, but not the outside in swing. Being over 60 I just could not get my trailing elbow to stay tight to my body. This arm band kept my swing path in check. I practice swinging my club every day for a week with the arm band. I feel this has given me the feedback I needed to correct my issue. A cheap price to pay to improve my game. Very happy with this product.

The elastic on this one is stronger than another brand. That makes it function much better as it maintains the triangle much better.

Here’s my honest review. I’ve recently started playing golf, so I’ve been trying different training aids to improve my swing and overall form. I bought this band because I had previously used a different one that only wrapped around one arm and clipped around the waist. That one helped keep my trail elbow from moving away from my body, so I was hoping this would help even more. The description says it helps keep both arms close and synchronized during the swing to prevent a “chicken wing,” which sounded exactly like what I was looking for. Unfortunately, it feels very tight. It restricts my movement so much that I actually find it difficult to hit balls while wearing it. I understand it’s supposed to keep your arms together, but for me it felt a little too restrictive. It might work better for other golfers, but for me it was more useful for making slow practice swings than for actually hitting balls at the driving range.

I have been working with a teaching pro who suggested that I pick up this arm band to deal with an "over the top move" that I have been making with my golf swing that produces low, pull-hooks. I have been working with this arm band on the practice range for about a month now. I have seen great results so far. I'm letting the club "fall" at the top of my swing now instead of trying to force the downswing with my arms. I'm hitting the ball higher, straighter, and with much more carry distance than I was before my last lesson and the introduction of this training aid to my practice at the driving range. It is a no-brainer for the price.

This is the year I finally improve my game. An Izzo driving net, Golf Swing Band, Alignment sticks, new fitted clubs, shoes, endless youtube videos the whole deal. The Scott Edward Pro Golf Swing Arm Band Training Aid works as described. Keeps arms moving together as one unit. If I can bear to put it on, I know it will help build correct muscle memory. It looks well made. Well sewn. Looks like it will last a long time. ( maybe I am saying that because it will probably never get used) The inside of this golf trainer bands must have been made with 80 grit industrial belt sander paper. Putting it on is not a good experience. Very uncomfortable. Feels like you are self inflicting a dose of road rash, to each arm. Maybe mine was a fluke from the production line and the wrong side of the band is facing in. I haven't sent it back as I really want to improve my swing. I just don't know if this will be the device for me. I imagine if you wear a long sleeved shirt it wouldn't be as much of a problem. I wear a long sleeved shirt maybe 3 days a year here in the desert of Arizona.

Inexpensive aid that very quickly teaches a player proper arm and body movements, promoting a full shoulder turn while not allowing the arms to “run away”. Everyone should have one.
