Exactly what I needed, and it works great! I’m surprised how well the fingerprint scanner works. It is accurate and fast. I think the only thing I don’t like is the way it locks, by pressing and holding any number button for a couple of seconds. It’s still not bad, I’m just used to my other lock that has a lock button. I like how the beeps can be turned off. It’s pretty quiet, works well, installs easily, is easily programmed, and a great price for what you get! I just hope it lasts…

Just installed today. Installation and setup was super quick and easy. Instructions were very clear and easy to understand. Feels very secure and sturdy. Good quality. We’ve already used it several times today and it works great!!! So much better than having to fidget with keys to lock and unlock the door when you get home. Idk why we didn’t buy these sooner. I’m not sure how long the battery life is yet so we’ll see. If it has a long battery life then this will have been one of the best purchases I have made. I installed one on my metal security door and the inner wooden door and fits and works perfectly fine on both.

Easy to use has made my life so easy. Easy to install great quality lasted longer than the Kevo. The fingerprint part works better than I thought.

It works. Not the most sturdy lock. Going to keep it but will likely move to something more heavy duty eventually. It got here fast and solved my problem. Install is easy. Fingerprint function is nice. Give the tech five stars but quality 3. Averages out to four stars.

Installed 5 days ago. Installation was easy and installation directions were easily followed. I like the fingerprint capability especially when carrying packages. Worked as expected the past 5 days. At present, I consider this to be a good value for money spent.

Very please with it. It scans multiple finger prints and works as designed. Keep pad works great and is pretty simple to install and program. It’s like putting in a deadbolt. The only issue I had was getting the latch to slide easily into the door frame. That wasn’t a problem with the lock at all. I moved the latch maybe a 1/16” and it works perfectly.

I bought this not knowing what to expect for the price, but it’s actually a really good deadbolt so far. I have Schlage coded deadbolts on my house and got this for a utility room, and it operates just as smoothly and with the added benefit of the fingerprint reader which works every single time without a fuss for me. It also fit with a coded door handle, which is nice because I already had it installed on a previous door that didn’t have a deadbolt on it.

***Initial Post---Things have changed! I am a typical man. I installed the lock reading little of the directions provided. When I got the lock installed I could not get the bolt to turn the right way. I thought it may have been an obstruction but it wouldn't move when the door was open. Turns out, all I needed to do was reset it. It is one of the last parts of the directions. Took me two days thinking about it and trying to figure it out. It is now installed and working great! 09-26-2024 I purchased this item in Jan of 2023. As read above, I had trouble with the installation as there was a technical issue within the electronics itself. Installation was sufficient. Once installed, lock worked fine. About a month ago my batteries ran out for the first time. I quickly replaced the batteries with top of the line Duracell lithium batteries only to have them die 3 days later. I thought it was odd and that may Duracell wasn't as good as a battery as it was priced. I finished out the pack of Duracell batteries and consistently had that problem so my thoughts about Duracell as a brand continued as I remembered that I had EverReadys in there prior to the initial battery change and they had lasted a long time. So I went back and bought the same type of battery I had before. 3 days later, batteries are dead. I reached out to Teeho for help and they gave me a list of things to do. The last on the list was to send them a picture of the battery holder without batteries so I followed the steps and it still didn't work. I sent over the picture and the response was basically they were sorry it stopped working but since it had been over a year since I purchased it there was nothing they could do. They did offer me a $10 refund but It felt more like a slap in the face. According to the reviews it seems that most of the locks work (at least initially) but for the ones that are faulty, Teeho does not stand behind them. It's a "we have our money, good luck."

Picked out this lock because of the price (was on sale) - but also because I appreciated the simple functionality and look. Had it for about a week now and so far I'm loving it! Installation was very easy - just a screwdriver needed to swap out some screws. (I've never changed a deadbolt out before). The instructions that come with it are pretty easy to follow along with to get it set up for the first time. Only took a few minutes. I love that you can program it to have multiple codes, as well as multiple fingerprints. The fingerprint reader works very well - always registering first try and opening very quickly. Super helpful for the kids so they don't need to carry a key, remember codes, or even have to wrestle with getting the reader to work. Deadbolt turns very smoothly - and this is actually one of the quietest electronic locks I've ever had/used. When I turn the beeping/sound function off - I can barely hear that it's unlocking for me. The construction of the device is decent - but matches the price point. Thin metal exterior, and all plastic interior. My understanding is that there are some spool pins in the tumbler to provide some resistance to quick picking. So far, I'm very happy with this choice. Function wise - I love it way more than all of the more expensive electronic locks I've had on homes. We'll have top wait and see how long it takes before breaking down!
