Very good quality ammonium hydroxide. I use this for making a casien sealer for my violins. Easy and effective and a great value for the money. Came very well protected in its packaging.

The user friendly bottle.
In a lab, it is normally 1 gallon caontiner. This product is a bottole is a bottle of 500 ml and It is very easy to pour into a gradual cyclinder.

Laboratory user's beware
Used this for formulations in the lab, but analysis of the components of the formulation showed that the ammonium component (N) which is supposed to be 28-30% ammonium hydroxide (ammonia) is a little off by 15%. Not recommended for formulations and other analysis.

Perfect for wood fuming but dangerous.
Needed strong % of Ammonia for deep wood fuming white oak. Tried hardware version at 4%,did not do the job. Very happy with results by using this 28-30% Ammonia Hydroxide product. Buyer beware!! Extremely toxic!! Appropriate protective gear needed for lungs and eyes. Use an air tight container for fuming.
