Im a huge fan of spirulina and chlorella. Most of my previous purchases have been lower quality from other brands. But from what I gather this is top tier purity. Energy bits meets all my high standards and the product tastes great to me. I enjoy snacking on the spirulina and detoxing using the chlorella. Its exspensive but worth it because health is wealth.

Took 10 energy & 10 recovery per day for 6 days, from the variety sample packs. Easy to swallow or chew ! Feeling pretty good , think I will buy more.

Ordered the sample packs of Energy and Recovery. Great quantities if you are not sure and want to try. I’m only on day 3 of energy and so far, so good. I definitely do not drag during the day. I lift weights 4 days a week, and looking forward to adding in the recovery after gym sessions. Starting at 3 per day of each.

There are many claims about health benefits with this product. I don't know if it really works or not. I purchased these first and I do not feel any different after taking them than I did before taking them. I then researched the product origins and found several other companies that use the same product from the same source regions for a fraction of the price. They all taste identical (nasty) and look about the same. Some are smaller pills, some are larger pills. If there is a major health benefit with ENERGYbits $200 bottle of pills, then the exact same health benefit is available from the alternative manufacturers $20 bottle of the same amount of pills. I believe this brand was based in Canada and bottles the pills there, but the ingredients come from overseas. I have been buying now from another company based in California that bottles their product in California, but sources from the same regions as ENERGYbits. I was unable to determine if its the same farms or not. So I would watch all the commercials and media on ENERGYbits website, then buy from someone else..

Very easy to swallow and based on the science behind this product, I feel like it is an incredibly easy way to incorporate such a healthy habit into my daily routine. I have been reading so much on the importance on decreasing the acidity of our bodies and this is such an easy way to accomplish that!
