AC is very good. Outdoor unit is very big, Indoor unit plastic quality is average. However, performance is excellent. Chilling is very good. Low noise both at Indoor and outdoor units “Services providers are third party from local vendors “

I purchased a Daikin split inverter AC expecting reliable cooling and good after-sales service, but my experience has been very disappointing. From April 2026 until today, the gas leakage problem caused during installation has still not been properly solved. The service team failed to correctly identify and fix the leak. Multiple complaints and service visits have not provided a permanent solution. During the peak summer season, I paid a high price for this AC but still had to suffer in extreme heat and sweat because the AC was not working properly. This is unfair to customers who invest their money expecting comfort and quality service. Based on my experience, I do not recommend buying ACs from this company.

I recently purchased the Daikin 1.5 Ton 5 Star Inverter AC and I am genuinely impressed with its performance. My usage area is a large hall connected with a kitchen, approximately around 250–260 sq ft, so I was initially hesitant whether a 1.5 ton AC would be sufficient. However, after using it, I can confidently say that the cooling is excellent even for this size. Even at a setting of 26°C, the AC manages to cool the entire space comfortably. The cooling is consistent and feels evenly distributed across the room, which was a pleasant surprise considering the open layout. Another major highlight is the noise level. The indoor unit operates very quietly, and even the outdoor unit is noticeably silent compared to other ACs I have used before. This makes it very comfortable for daily use, especially during night time. I would also like to mention that the installation experience was very smooth. The technician was knowledgeable, professional, and handled everything properly, which added to the overall positive experience. The build quality and overall performance feel premium, which is expected from Daikin. Initially, I was a bit unsure about my decision, but after using it, I feel it was absolutely the right choice. Overall, I would highly recommend this AC to anyone looking for strong cooling, energy efficiency, low noise operation, and a hassle-free installation experience, even for slightly larger spaces. Value for money

AC is working well, quick next day installation by Daikin, AC performance is fantastic. It cools significantly better than the earlier window AC and has almost 75% lower power consumption ( tracked through wipro smart socket) for the same duration. Only Con is no smart features (other premium brands give them in this price range) and expensive installation (INR 4500 with stand, pipe, insulation, etc etc)

Hyderabad 31/03/2024 🔥Diken 1.5 ton 5 star AC Model- MTKM5OU, White Installation: 1. Daikin AC was delivered to home safely first floor 2. Two technician persons where assigned well skilled & knowledged, polite and respectful behaviour directly from Daikin authorised 😃👍 3. Installation was done carefully took about 1.5 hours 4. Stabilizer bought by me separately (v guard vnd 400 150vac to 285vac Rs. 2600) that too was fitted. 5. Remote does not come with battery - (small battery 2) 6. The remote come with display backlight and also the remote buttons are radium glows in dark it comes with a gruve (drill a screwdriver in wall to hold it or buy an holder seperately) 7. White cement 1kg (Rs 40) bought by me and technicians covered the wall hole neatly 8. Did not buy a stand (Rs. 850) as the outside WALL was weak to hold the outdoor unit ( so placed it on a rain roof top by extending copper pipe and power cable) 9. About 1.5 m of copper pipe was extended which costs RS. 850 per meter 10. 4 cork Power cable was extended about 1.5 m too ( Rs. 150 per meter) 11. 3 cork cable took about 6 meter ( 120 per meter) 12. Installation 1500 13. Overall it costed me about 3840 for installation only (excluded stand + stabilizer ) 14. 42240 (card offer) + 3840 (installation)+2600 (stabilizer) = Rs. 48680 (total) 15. Demo was given after testing 👍 Usage experience: 1 day The bedroom is small but has a rooftop with tiles on which direct sunlight falls, the room has 2 windows fiber glassed , a balcony entrance the room gets very hot after 12:00 p.m. during this summer about 37 degrees The diken 1.5 ton 5 star AC cools the room in this condition very fast both in power chill mode and normal mode but takes a starting time of 2 to 3 minutes before actually cooling the room once it starts cooling it chills room. Compare to daytime , night time cooling the room was way faster. If you set a manual speed of fan from 3 to 4 and 5 there is noise of fan but similar to a normal ceiling fan. Past 2 years we used a large metal cooler (more power consumption + water ) which which is best in itself cannot be compared with the AC but the cooling stayed in room for long time. Recommended by Daikin to use within 22 to 23 degrees for efficiency. 👉Simple features easy to understand and best cooling satisfied with the service and product. Hope my review helps.
