for the price, this is a great product. I was pleasantly surprised how dark it prints. i have to say i didn't have high hopes, but i was proven wrong. will definitely order this one again!

$9 versus $99, and this works better than OEM! Much darker and more vivid red ink. When I loaded the cartridge, I did get a warning message on my Pitney Bowes machine that it was not an original and "may cause damage," but it's been working perfectly. I'm guessing that's just a scare tactic. Shame on PB for its price-gouging ways. (I buy the postage tape strips on Amazon too -- $8 versus $74!) Update: The cartridge lasted about 10 months at moderate use. Just bought a replacement and it installed with no problem -- not even a warning message this time!

The cartridge worked great at 1st. When it quit printing PB said the 3rd party ink took out the print head, when I talked to Discount Supply about their ink taking out/plugging up my print head they blamed it on low usage or the fact that the print head was just worn out. Everything I saved + more now has to go to buying a new print head. Not pleased at all.

Far less cost than the Pitney-Bowes ink cartridge.

This ink is great and lasts a very long time. Unfortunately, all ink has a built in expiration date on the chip. This does not mean the ink is dried up or non-usable in any way. My partial cartridge stopped working on or near the expiration date. I tried my full, unopened cartridge but, it also didn't work. Once that date comes up, you can no longer use the ink. The printer/postal meter will not allow it to be used. This is a completely wasteful practice as good ink gets thrown out.

I bought the two pack in August 2017.. First one worked great. Lasted nearly a year of medium use. Finally ran out of ink. Installed second one. Machine would not recognize it. Error 2494. No difference between the two cartridges as far as I can tell. It's possible that PB installed some sort of software on a scheduled update that causes the machine to now recognizes and reject aftermarket ink cartridges. Going to buy a one pack and see what happens. Worth the $10 risk as opposed to paying PB's extortionate $105 price for one little ink cartridge.

Pitney bowes really likes their ink and charges a TON for it. I was concerned this wouldn't work as well as their ink so I tried it. Not only does it work just as well but lasts just as long for 1/4 of the price. I will never buy from PB again. This worked great.

We have tried other compatible cartridges before and always dealt with printing issues. We have NEVER had a cartridge that prints this good!! Bright red and clear edges, no smearing or missing areas. I am DEFINITELY going to buy more of these in the future. AWESOME product, keep up the good work!!
