Not very efficient
This inverter does work but the preprogrammed internal settings really limit its value and usefulness. If you running 6000watts of solar and only using 2000 watts you’ll most likely be happy with this inverter. I was making 2100watts of solar and using between 1200-1600 and the unit would not charge, meaning it was wasting 500-900watts of usable power. It’s got some preprogrammed setting that shuts off the charging at some very high percentage. It also wouldn’t recognize the battery brand I was using (echoworthy) which is a fairly prominent brand, not some random generic brand.

No customer support.
No customer support. Anywhere. Got it to work, but haven't tried battery charging yet... (which according to other reviews, can be a problem). Upside, this is the same unit as the SRNE Off Grid Inverter 48V MPPT Solar Inverter https://www.amazon.com/QHYXT-Inverter-Hybrid-Inversor-HF4850U80-H/dp/B0B5DR4RJG that sells for about $1400 more than the same unit here...

Wire the AC only first
It comes configured for lead acid battery, and the entire unit will remain unpowered if you hook up LiFePO batteries + the AC.. So, wire the AC only at first, then configure the battery settings. Then you can connect the battery. Using this on a boat, Marina lost power in a storm and I didn't even notice. Switches between power sources in milliseconds so there's no flicker or anything.
