As a result the SD card sits in the camera as a dummy and not a single second of video is recorded. There is no support for this issue anywhere.

I would have given 5 if the sound output in the speaker is atleast good. U cannot get anything from the speaker. But the image clarity and sound input is great. The app helps so well to look the home wherever we are with beneficial features. Easy to configure and we have a memory card slot.
