Great workbook for learning and fun!
My daughter loves math and drawing, so this workbook was perfect for her. The activities are fun, engaging, and easy to follow. She enjoys working on it at home and even takes it with her when we’re out. It’s a great way to keep her learning while having fun. Highly recommend!

Fun interactive workbooks!
A workbook kids actually want to do. My three grandsons started right after school was over and they are already asking for the next workbook. Learning that is really fun. The sticker and map incentive was a genius idea. Will buy these every year! These books go everywhere.

Perfect for 5 year old
Lots of fun for my 5 year old. There are stickers in the back that you put on each page when they complete it. Each page can be completed in a short amount of time, so there is no frustration.

Kid actually wants to do them
The way this workbook is organized (a sticker chart for completion) makes it so appealing my 7th grader asked if they made one for his age. The beginning is simple but not too easy, and the activities don't take a super long time so my kiddo feels accomplished without 15 minutes of struggle. Some of the activities are hard to do correctly (counting a bunch of different items that are randomly scattered across a 2 page spread in different sizes without losing your spot is too difficult for a 5 or 6 year old to do - doesn't evaluate his counting accurately) and some require some background knowledge that a kid this young may not know (what items go with what profession - lifeguard versus paramedic versus police officer my kid got items mixed up. Who gets the walkie talkie? Who gets the first aid kit?) But generally they are good and even the ones that are "too hard" are a great opportunity for me to talk through and teach the missing skills. Just not 100% independent work. Also has a section for outside activities which I love. Encourages outside play. Will order again despite small flaws.

Summer learning made easy
Perfect workbook to help keep your kiddo on track with learning during summer break! We’ve been using these work books over the summer breaks since my oldest started school and are now preparing to do the same with the youngest kiddo. The sticker map/ reward chart is very appealing to young learners and both of my kids were very excited to do their sticker after each accomplishment.

Fun for Kiddos
Some of the reviews on here voiced complaints about the stickers being cut out of alignment. My purchase turned out fine.My kid absolutely loves that it comes with a map and the assignments are "quests" as he is super big on being an adventurer like the Hardy Boys and Indiana Jones at the moment. It has eight different sections that get progressively more difficult and the stickers help keep track of progress as well as what extras have been done. Each section has a side quest that the kids can do to check comprehension that allows them to skip to the next section once completed (like when a section is just too easy).

Eye catching curriculum refresher for young learners
Pros-Our kids love the sticker map when they finish the chapter/each unit and the stickers encourage them to try on each unit. The design is very kid friendly and the concepts for each subject is well blended without too many repeated drills to bore kids. It’s a very different workbook compared to the majority of the ones you see out there. This workbook is more inquiry-based if you choose it to kill sometime at home in 2020. You certainly can add on more stuff on top of each subject/ unit you see in this workbook without looking up or printing out online resources all by yourself as the activities shown in the workbook point a clear path for parents to brainstorm with kids.Cons- it’s also the pro. Not enough writing drills for language arts. It’s bare minimum in this workbook but you can always print some pages out to supplement the writing if this is the weak spot for your young reader/writers.

Not worth the money
Although I like BrainQuest Activity books, this Summer Version is not worth the money!

Best companion!
We got this in October and my son has been asking to complete a few pages at a time. Even brought it along during an overseas trip. We are on target to complete this book before he starts primary 1. Sticker rewards are very motivating.
