Yes, I ripped one of the awning arms off my 2017 Keystone Passport TT. I googled for a while to figure out the part I needed and it was cheaper/easier to buy the entire arm assembly (minus the rotating head piece) then trying to rebuild the broken pieces in my existing support. This came with all the hardware I needed to install and took less than 30 minutes to remove and install. Perfect OEM quality and condition.

Perfect fit, easy to install and everything works as it should. Only issue was the top of the bracket was bent, maybe during shipping, however I was able to bend it back in shape.

Amazon saved the day/camp trip. I had just brought the trailer home from having a new awning fabric installed. While backing onto the rock RV pad, the soil below was saturated and the trailer started to sink on the passenger side. The arm hit the the fence and was destroyed. I needed one in a hurry so that I didn't miss an annual guy trip to the desert. Exact replacement and LCI OEM delivered and installed in a hurry.

Easy installation

We had bent the inner support bar on our awning and the part is not sold separately so had to replace the whole arm. The mounting brackets were bent upon delivery but ultimately didn't matter because of how ours mounted to the camper. Found a video on YouTube for Installation help. We had to have 3 people for Installation. My dad and I stood on the pickup truck bed holding the awning while hubs replaced the arm. The arm did not close flush to the wall like it had previously or the other but not enough for us to make it worth reordering another and installing another. Would have been 5 star otherwise. Overall the part is fine and installation can be done by anyone who know how to work a drill.

Watched the lippert video on YouTube, straight forward installation. Took about an hour and 1/2 with two people

What did I gave a girl a five star but they didn't send new bolts with the awning bracket the bracket itself is wonderful but they didn't include the bolts it's supposed to have come with it

Easy install. Took 2 people less than 2 hours to remove the old bent arm and install and test the new one. Works great after install. Included with package was the arm (ours had a scratch) and screws. You will need to get silicone for placing the new screws. Only negatives were the scratch and the prep for shipping. The plastic tie strap that keeps new arm closed while in the box must have slid down and off. Once the box was opened, arm sprung out and opened all the way. Be careful.
