Will the tsa let you bring this on a flight?

Technically, you shouldn’t travel without the original pill bottles with the most recent prescription date. But TSA won’t care. Customs/immigration might depending where you go.

Each pill compartment is 1.6" x .75" x 1"

Can I place gummies vitamins inside?

I would not. The outside case is essentially just a sleeve with two open ends and only one side (the only one in all of the pictures that is visible unfortunately) has the silicone gasket leaving the other end not air tight.
