Does the job. The middle is obviously hotter. But it’s worked great with our little butane stove.

Pretty good grill pan. I like how the oil spout is not a tube, so it is easy to clean. This is a thin metal, I think aluminum, so there will be hot spots where the fire is, which isn't a problem if you are aware of it, just need to move things around every so often. Generates quite a bit of oil splatters, but I guess that's pretty normal. I am not sure about the smokeless claim though,

So the drainage sucks. The angle isnt steep enough and oil just pools all over the place. The open channel drainage was the main reason why I bought this since I do alot of korean bbq in my room and pork belly creates alot of grease. My most recent experience basically turn into oil russian roullete since the grease pooling all over the place made meat pop and splash oil in random directions, not a fun experience. Its a shame too, since the design itself is pretty good. Nice, lightweight, heats up very quickly. Very thin profile and rectangle shape makes washing and storage very pleasant. Its just the damn drainage channel needed to be a tad more steeper so it can properly move oil into the spout! Soooo close to perfection, such a shame. I was tempted to give this lower stars, however, its still an effective grill top and probably one of the more cheaper options on amazon atm. If you plan on not cooking any meats with high amounts of fat, then it's a solid top and I'll probably be using it with that in mind from now on. However, it still doesnt change the fact that the drain is a key feature and it simply just doesnt work. Can't go any higher than 3 stars; flawed but functional.

Enough surface area to comfortably bbq for 3 people. The pan heats up very quickly and the anti-stick coating makes it very easy to clean after you're done eating. Even when the marinade burns and sticks to the pan, its easy to scrape off so no grill change is needed. The oil drainage is a really nice touch too

Worked very well for making kbbq at home! Only downside is that there’s nothing to catch the grease so I had to make my own little tin foil box to collect it. It is also not too big and is very easy to use!

Food doesn't stick. Really easy to clean

As lover of Korean food I wanted to try having pork bbq at home instead as there is no korean restaurants near me. This worked perfectly. I used it on a gas camping stove in the middle of the table. It was big enough to cook for the 3 of us but would definitely cook for more. There is a drain hole so the fat and liquids run off, put a little container under it. We had a fantastic meal and can't wait to have friends round as it's such lovely way to eat. It was very easy to clean afterwards. We wiped it with wet paper towel while still slightly warm then wiped it with a dry one. I have since used it on the gas hob and that worked well. You don't have to just cook korean or meat it would be great for veg and things like fajitas and gyros. Well worth the money.

Appena ricevuto. Per il momento posso solo dire che la cosegna è stata rapida, come al solito e la piastra corrisponde a quanto descritto nell'annuncio. Sono rimasto stupito però dal peso: abituato a quelle in ghisa che ho sempre usato, questa è leggerissima. Credo pesi di più il cartone dell'imballaggio. Ovviamente mi risevo a integrare la recensione dopo l'utilizzo.
