Perfect for pierogis!
This product came as a set of two: one large and one small dumpling mold. The small one worked perfect for pierogi. I'm not experienced or patient enough to hand-form pierogis, last time I tried they all came out different sizes and weird looking. These made pierogis just the right size, shape and conformity, so they all cook at the same time as well as make a very cozy presentation. In fact, the pierogis I made were just the way I remember them from the beloved Polish hot spot in Chicago, the Busy Bee Cafe, long since closed. The larger mold would be great for empanadas, I just haven't made those yet. Hey, I just gave myself an idea for the next Sunday dinner!

great fixture !! It is very easy to make homemade ravioli. The dough does not stick to the mold, I sometimes wipe it with a dry paper towel. It is not necessary to sprinkle with flour, the filling fits a little less than a teaspoon. Everything happens quickly, easily, effortlessly! And yes, it really is stainless steel !! Highly recommend.

A tad bit cheap but works great
I made pierogi from scratch for my husbands birthday and these were suggested to me. They worked really well but just felt a bit “loose” at the hingest and kinda noisey but did the job great.

Just what I needed
Product arrived on time It was perfect for making my homemade ravioli Would recommend. Some of those other ravioli cutter are so dull you end up cutting shape by hand. This one is awesome
