Nice product that was shipped knowing it was damaged.
The unit keeps items cold and ice cream stays frozen in the freezer. It's an attractive, not so mini, fridge/freezer; I like the size. What I don't like is that the unit was boxed with a cracked interior freezer that was patched, as seen in the photo, before it was packed and shipped; it's defective in that sense. To ship a damaged product as if it were not damaged is wrong. Also, when a foreign company sells a product in a country with a different language, a person fluent in that language should write the instructions pamphlet, a person that speaks broken English should not write it.

Customer Service is top notch...
Had purchased this back in June of last year for my daughter to use in her dorm at OSU, just right out of a year the item quit working and was very hot to the touch, found that the compressor had seized up and was to the point of being a burning unit. Not expecting anything I reached out to the company via Amazon's link. I had explained the situation and after speaking with Wendy, what the company offered was unreal in the good way. They had me take pictures of the the back and I sent it in and they sent out a replacement unit right away, it had arrived sooner than expected and drove it up to my daughters dorm where it is now keeping her items nice a cool. Being outside of the warranty and a company that stands behind their product, will be shopping with them again...

Excellent product and customer service
This is a company that stands by their product and has the best customer service! Was having issues with item, I immediately contacted customer service and their response was quick. We ran through some “trouble shooting” and still item was not working. Within two weeks I received the replacement, which is working like a charm. Could not be any happier with my purchase.

Seller did right by us.
We got the fridge, and waited the waiting period after shipping to plug in. After 72 hours online the fridge stopped cooling and spoiled all contents. The seller was great and offered a full refund. Thank you again

Refrigerator
The shipping package was delivered intact, but when I opened the package, the refrigerator was damaged. There were dents and dings on the top and side panels and the freezer door was damaged. I concluded that the company packaged and shipped an already damaged refrigerator. It makes grinding noises and occasionally sounds like it’s screaming.
