The product is not capable of data transfer and only charges the phone. I had purchased it for Android Auto connectivity in my Nexon car, but it did not serve the purpose. It merely charges the mobile device and does not support supercharging for Samsung phones. However, its durability is commendable. The cable length is accurate as mentioned. It can be considered for regular charging (for Samsung and Redmi users, as I have only tested it with these phones) but it does not offer any significant performance enhancements.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Needed fast charging on my bike. The Urbn was delivering slow charge. Charging ability: Now I don't have to worry while riding whether I'll run out of charge. Even on short rides, I can get significant charge on the phone Value for money: Quality at a great price Cable thickness: Protected well so I can leave it plugged in on the bike even in the rain.

Despite numerous attempts to contact customer support. It is disheartening to spend my valuable time. As a consumer, I expect timely and effective support when encountering problems with a product covered by warranty. I understand that technical issues can arise even with the most reputable brands, but it is the customer service and warranty support that define a company's commitment to its customers. In this case, the manufacturer has failed to meet these basic expectations. I urge potential buyers to exercise caution when considering purchasing this Type C Mobile Charging Cable or any other product from this particular brand. The lack of responsiveness from the company's customer support team has left me stranded with a faulty product and no recourse for resolution. I regretfully cannot recommend this product or this brand based on my experience.
