Nostalgia! 🐇
Delicious! They are as nostalgic as I remember, they are a rice candy and are wrapped with a rice paper which I personally love. The taste of the candy is really dependent on who have it. It’s sort of got a milky flavor to it, and it’s a candy made to suck on until it’s chewy enough to really dissolve. It’s got a pappery texture that some really hate but I personally love it so much. Do I’d definitely get a smaller bag if you aren’t sure yourself that you’re willing to experiment with texture and flavor. However if you’re looking at this candy you’re probably already familiar with it.

Fresh and tasty!
I ordered two bags and so far the first bag was perfect! The candy was fresh and had a good chewiness. I will be purchasing again!

Hard as Rocks
These used to be a favorite of mine, until I received this order. Both bags are as hard as rocks. There's nothing "milky or creamy" about them. I'll never order from here again. And I didn't realize that no returns are accepted. What a bummer.

Soy-paper wrapped heaven!!!!!!!
OMG THESE ARE THE BEST! I heard about these and how they’re an obsession in China, with their milk-cream flavor and unique (AND EDIBLE PEOPLE) soy paper wrapping that keeps it from sticking to the outer wrapper. They’ve been around since the 1930s or 40s, and the wrapper design has all the charm of that era. They soften quickly in your mouth, but they are quite chewy. It makes you take your time with these, which is good. The size is just right, too—small enough to chew slowly, with just the right amount for the giant payoff at the end. I didn’t know I needed these in my life, but they’re my new food obsession. Enjoy!!!

Hard or soft?
We usually love these, but this particular shipment arrived with these candies rock solid. We like them on the chewing side, these were not chewy in any way. Maybe they should photograph the 'best by' dates, so consumers can decide if they want to purchase this food item; that shouldn't be rock solid.

White Rabbit Creamy Candy
When my children were growing up we often went to a Chinese restaurant. After the meal we would buy all five of them some white rabbits the children love them. So I bought these when I saw them on Amazon for them though they are all grown up. I thought they would enjoy them just as much as they did when they were children. And now their children do too. But as I remember the original ones over 40 years ago was softer these are slight harder but they are still just as delicious. The proprietor of the Chinese restaurant told us you can eat everything even that thin paper inside it was edible. The once inside your mouth begin to soften up just as delicious the flavor is the same. For me if bought that wonderful memories.

Love it!
Don’t have them delivered to an Amazon locker otherwise they melt and then the paper gets stuck in them and it becomes a hassle to eat. Other than that they are just like the ones I had in the past.

Rock Hard, not edible.
Hey there! Apologies to write a bad review, but Amazon does not give this issue as an option to deal with in their selection, and so I must throw away the whole order as they are as hard as a rock, and unfortunately not edible, and I grew up with these and unfortunately a real disappointment.
