Got the Toner Tap 5Pack Bundle for my new Xerox Phaser 6510 printer. At first the printer did not recognize the toner so we contacted the seller. After gathering some information we realized we had a new firmware printer. Toner Tap was quick to send us replacement toners immediately with the new updated version already installed. We were printing as soon as the new toners were installed. Really happy with the technical support we received from Toner Tap. We’re also extremely pleased with the quality of the impressions. We had a big print job and the Toner Tap color was vibrant and precise from the very beginning. It has remained very consistent all the way to the end of the print queue. The printer has worked very well with these Toner Tap supplies, so we will continue to replace the toners with the Toner Tap brand. They assured us their new stock is all equipped with the latest version firmware.

We have a Xerox printer in our office. When the color toner began to go out, I decided to give Toner Tap a try. They were less expensive and we needed to cut costs in the office. The shipment arrived quickly. The toner cartridge was easy to install into the machine. Everything is running smoothly and the quality is great!

Toner Tap is your Best Bet on getting the Right Toner for Your Printer. When you buy a printer, make sure to take a minute and find the Date of Manufacture. This little bit of information will allow you to tell the supplier that information so that YOU get the right toner for your printer. I have gone through this with 2 different printers, both were color, one Brother and the other Xerox. It was a $500 mistake in supplies and a lost month in production. The issue could have been, should have been NO problem at all, with just 1 bit of information: Date of Manufacture. Find it and Use it!

They work just fine for the Xerox Workcentre 6515 and cost a lot less than the Xerox stuff. Update 4/30/2018: After going through only one of each color toner cartridge, my printer started making large grinding noises and the prints came out horrible. The printer was still under warranty; so, I called Xerox and had them send out a technician. Turns out, according to the third party technician, the toner in these cartridges is not refined in the same manner as the genuine cartridges and clumped up two of the ports where you insert them. This happened right after I finished using the first Toner Tap cartridges and began using the second set. I could understand if this occurred after several years of usage, but these toners are such poor quality, they clogged up my machine after the first one. It doesn't void your warranty to use these cartridges; however, it will void your warranty when the third party cartridge malfunctions and causes a failure in the machine. Guess what happened to my warranty? Guess who gets to foot the repair bill? Toner Tap needs to explain their toner refining process and why two of the cartridges gummed up my machine before I will consider purchasing these again. This is just flat out ridiculous.

After getting a set from another supplier and having them not work in my new Phaser 6510, I was first not going to buy anything else from them (had to pay postage to ship back the junk that wouldn't work!), and second going to get OEM cartridges. Thought I'd give these a shot first though and they work just fine. Don't know how many pages I'll get yet, but at this price, I can get two sets for less than I paid for the other junk.

I really dont mind using this brand replacement. The quality is good and it's real value for money. I have tried another brand and was disappointed. However in my last purchase of a set of 5 toners one of them was damage but the time for exchange eligibility had expired over a week now so I have to be the loser of 1 black toner.😔 so I suggest when you purchase open all toners to make sure they are intact since they are all wrap in individual bags.

Tried many different things all it says is Incompatible Toner........ I contacted Toner Tap about this issue and they have replaced my Toners !!! Awesome customer service !!!!!!!

This toner works great. Color printing with this toner makes it affordable without having to sacrifice the quality. Color is vibrant and solid. I have been using it to print daily in the office and it is working very well. I definitely recommend.

me marca error en el cartucho negro dice incompatibleme dice la impresora cartucho (c) incompatible y no se como carregirlo ,ya instale el cartucho k y no marca error que debo hacer ?primera vez que compro aqui

Producto bueno como se muestra en la publicación, recomendamos se abran y verifiquen todo los cartuchos para que no les caduque el tiempo d garantía si todo está en regla los piden volver a guardar y listo.

No funcionanron y no eran compatibles aun que decía que si y me enviaron otros nuevamente pero aun así nunca funcionaron
