This is my 8th or 9th Lavazza coffee (and also many others) Most Lavazza coffees are relatively mild, Gusto Forte and Sinfonica are the 2 I've tried that are a strong flavour - which I like, no bitterness or burnt flavours if prepared properly - I'm using in an ECM Synchronica expresso machine, and any bean can be made to taste wrong if not prepared properly - I hate to think of how many shots I've poured down the drain- too bitter, too sour, too weak,... What is with Lavazza though - this coffee - Gusto Forte is not even shown on their web site, I have emailed and asked but they don't answer.

It was the first time that I tried these Lavazza coffee beans and I really like them. They produce a lovely crema from my bean to cup machine and are full tasting but not as bitter as some other beans that I’ve tried. I will def be buying these again.
