This is amazing rice, steams perfectly, healthy with a great texture!

It's pricey but worth it.
It tastes like regular rice. Does well with leftover meats as stir fry. Add any frozen mixed veggies. I've had turkey and pork butt.

Very good taste. The price is very high i guess that is the price to pay for food that taste good and that does not spike you blood sugar.

High protein local rice
This rice is delicious and grown in my home state of Louisiana. I wanted a more local rice and the fact that the rice is high in protein is a plus. It is of great quality. My kids and grandkids love it. I first purchased it at a farmers market in south Louisiana. I was so happy to find that I could purchase it on Amazon.
