Can this oil be used in diy products?

Its a mixture of vitamin e. No other apricot peach sweet smelling oilS. Pure vitamin E and I use it in my DIY PROJECTS

Can I use this for under my eyes?

I have used this on my feet and wrist, for surgical scars. I've also used on my face. Still, you want to be extra careful around the eyes. I would think under the eyes would be fine. Just be sure to keep it out of your eyes. My suggestion: Apply a drop on your fingertip, then apply it from your fingertip to your face under your eyes. That way, you can control it better than trying to use the dropper to apply under the eyes, where you risk possibly missing and dropping it into your eyes instead. I have used this fingertip technique with great success when applying to a small area of my face, wrist, and other small areas.
