Works perfect
We bought this for our six-year-old son as his first gaming computer. It works perfect for him. I love that it has Wi-Fi so I didn’t have to hook it up to a router as well.

Worked good at first: Died within 6 months :( customer service is bad too.
The goodish: At first I really liked this computer, I got it for some at home work and gaming (Minecraft & Valorant). It was great for work. Minecraft lagged badly in Java but once I switched to the windows/bedrock version it played smoother. Valorant seemed to play good but I don’t have great internet so it’s hard to tell & the PC would occasionally crash mid game leading to afk offenses. One thing to note is that the monitor it came with was a wall monitor, I knew there was variations to what monitor you could get but there was no info about it possibly being a wall monitor. It was actually kind of nice for me but if you live in a place that can’t have a wall monitor keep in mind it’s possible for it to come with one that only works on the wall. The very bad: As mentioned before it would occasionally crash completely powering down but it would always boot back up and work fine after. About 6 months after I got it the pc crashed mid use, I went to turn it back on and it popped up with a screen saying the PC needed to be recovered with a special disk. I looked up the error code and saw that sometimes that is caused by a usb or power cord not being properly connected and to unplug all cords and check their connection. I did this and In doing this found that the power cord (sent with the computer originally) had melted. For background I only use the computer 4-6 hours at max in a day and had only had the computer on for about an hour when this happened so if I was using this full time for work instead of just occasional projects I don’t know how this pc would have held up. I reached out to the pc seller and after about a week of trying to get in contact (calling and them never picking up or calling me back, them insisting on calling me and then not) they told me to simply pick up a new standard 3 prong power cord. I was obviously worried that there was a bigger issue that would lead to the pc melting a cord but did what they said. They didn’t tell me any other details like what voltage requirements it needed so I looked around and got one that matched the voltage that most on the market are, that didn’t work. I looked at the original cord and it had a different requirement and after scouring the web found one that matched it and tried it however that didn’t work either with the computer only having a flashing orange power light/nothing on screen/and the fan running loud. I then reached out to the seller again and told them this and they said to take it to a local computer repair person because my warranty had ended. Luckily I had gotten the extra asurion protection plan. I called their tech support and they told me that this usually means that the power supply unit has failed and I would need to file a claim to get a refund. I’m glad I got the protection plan but this means packing up a pc, monitor, keyboard, and mouse and shipping it to asurion in order to get an Amazon gift card refund. Bottom line I’m in shock that in only 6 months of owning this pc the power supply unit failed and on top of that the customer support was incredibly lacking once I did experience issues.

So Happy!
I was nervous purchasing this package, but my laptop's 15 yrs old and I desperately needed better equipment for the Zoom meetings I'm involved with. When I first received my package I upset to find the tower wouldn't work. I reached out to a friend in IT at work who came over and confirmed the tower I received was a dood and useless. Luckily the seller STG Global then reached out to me regarding any needed tech support. I responded with a bit of nasty message as I had received a lemon and was sure I was out of my money. STG Global surprised me by sending me a Fed Ex label to return the unworking tower then sent me a replacement tower. I was afraid they would need me to return all the parts, but they were good with me just returning the tower for replacement. Now my package is smoking. It's all speed & cool lights and I no longer worry about crashing in the middle of a Zoom meeting.

Pretty good…
I like everything about it except that it is super slow on start up and can’t handle video software as well as I hoped. Will be adding an ssd to it to speed things up. But for the price it’s great.

EXCELLENT VALUE
paid $186 and is worth it, great value for the price - the computer looks new and all accessories are new - came with a dvd disc drive which was nice - very well boxed and looks as if it came from the factory - set it up and plugged in and worked right away no problems - specs are all accurate as advertised - the monitor and accessories are light plastic and not very durable but for the price works good - a perfect starter computer that can be upgraded a piece at a time as can afford - dont expect top quality stuff at this price and you wont be disappointed - keep in mind the monitor is 22" not the standard 24" which is the only negative my wife has about it

Leave all the extras behind and just purchase the OptiPlex by itself.
I want to give this bundle a better rating, but I also want to make sure that you know what to expect. I've had this computer now for a few months and the setup is great. However, it did not come this way and I needed to make some adjustments. When I first pulled everything out of the box I had my concerns. The computer tower was different, the monitor was on the low end of the budget spectrum, the mouse and keyboard look fun, but again budget and the speakers... well they just needed to check off a box. I was happy to have a complete bundle though and bought this around Black Friday for a low price, so wasn't expecting the greatest. At first attempt to setup, the monitor wasn't getting a signal. Contacted support and followed the email instructions how to take apart the computer and diagnose the problem myself. The back of system had labels all over it, warning to use this, don't use this, etc. None of that was overwhelming and the determination at the time was the graphics card was faulty. I removed the card to test the motherboard and the VGA output was able to get a signal and Windows 11 fired right up. So I reported back my findings to the company and they said "good, if there is anything else you need, just let us know." At first I was thinking, do I accept this as is for the price or ask for a refund. So I let them know what I had intended to use the computer for and we agreed to return it for another bundle... Sent everything back just like it came in the package (fyi - don't throw anything away or destroy packaging ever, until you know for certain.) Kept checking email for shipping info, but never received anything. I didn't want to be a nag and call so kept waiting. I'm not sure for how many days it was sitting outside at the side door in subzero temperatures, but there it was. And much to my chagrin, the package was incomplete, they forgot the monitor. Had to contact support and that was received several days later. In the meantime, I examined the contents of what was received and the computer was different this time and one of the speakers was cracked. No graphics card at all on this model, just a motherboard with VGA and HDMI output. It was DIY time at this point. Purchased my own GPU and installed it. Now here is the kicker.. when I tried to use it on their monitor's HDMI input, there was still no signal. I don't believe the old computer was defected at this point, I believe it's because the monitor is so budget, you cannot externally switch input sources to HDMI. Once I brought in another monitor and got everything dialed in, I was able to switch that out for their monitor. But at the end of the day, I'm repurposing an old 2010 27" iMac as my main monitor and running their monitor as an extended secondary monitor for web browsing, docs and spreadsheets. The setup is fantastic today. The computer is working great. I do use my own speakers, but decided to keep theirs in the mix as surround sound. The mouse is already wearing down... keep a backup or just have 2 plugged in. The keyboard is still the most eye pleasing peripheral, but the print on the keys is small and hard to determine. So basically the only good piece out of this whole bundle is the computer tower itself. You can get away with the budget accessories for a while, but you will eventually just have to spend more to replace them soon enough. If you need something quick and are okay with running this bundle in a basic capacity... then I do believe it's a pretty nice little system to have. If you want this to be your main setup going forward and plan on using it daily... then my advice to you is to leave all the extras behind and just purchase the OptiPlex by itself.

It's affordable and of good quality.
The Dell OptiPlex desktop is exactly what we needed! I bought it for my home office setup and it runs super smooth — perfect for everyday tasks like browsing, working, emailing, and even light design work. It starts up quickly, runs quietly, and doesn’t overheat. I love the compact design, it fits well on my desk without taking up too much space. Whether you’re working from home or need a reliable computer for basic use, this PC is a solid choice. Great performance for the price!

Do not buy - find a way to get a decent computer by making payments
All instructions, which are a bit lacking, should be in a zip bag or sheet protector. Just add $2 to the price and don't presume because it's a "gaming" computer that detailed instructions are not needed. I deleted my original review. Selecting 3 stars until I get to use it for several weeks. Only 48 percent selected 5 stars, I don't know how I didn't see that before purchase, kind of desperate for a computer probably messed my thinking up. Update: 5.25.25 I bought this system on Jan 17th so let's say it arrived no more than 2 weeks later. The keyboard characters are starting to rub off. So get yourself some keyboard stickers if you plan on buying this. Also, the Scroll Lock is what turns the keyboard lights on and off. If you using Excel, for example, you'll have to turn off the keyboard lights to be able to scroll. 6.26.25 One speaker died. 9.19.25 Mouse is randomly clicking itself. 9.25.25 Screen goes black for a few seconds, not the monitor, might be the cable but likely the motherboard. 10.5.25 Computer locks up for 5 or so seconds. Soon, this computer will die. Do not buy. I now have to get another computer, I will use payment plans, and just lament the money wasted here. Only poor people would buy this computer so you know how painful this loss is.
