I meal prep on Sunday’s for the work weekend, the durability, and versatility with multiple food options both wet/dry without issues. The size is perfect for an egg scramble (2-3 eggs, spinach, sausage and cheese) fit easily. These take away having to clean your dishes after a busy day, which I love! The material allows for you to easily label your meals so you can grab and go without opening the lids!

Perfect size for meal prep!
These have been just perfect for my meal prep. I use them for so many different things and have even used them to freeze items for a short period of time. It’s great that I can write directly into the package so I know what is in which one. Even better, they are compostable!

Great economical containers for freezing soup.
These are my go-to for freezing soup to reheat for quick and easy weekday dinners. I also use them to give a prepared dinner to someone without having to worry about getting the container back. They freeze and microwave well and because they are paper they won’t crack like glass or smell like plastic.

Nice sturdy cups
These cups were perfect for a clam chowder served at a party. Nice size, not too big or small. Microwave safe. Really ideal for my purpose. You could probably even freeze portions in these.
