Great Eyeliner for the Lady Bikers
I've been using Julep make up for years and years. I'm ecstatic that I can buy it on Amazon and get it in a day or two. Their eye liner is top notch. Smudge resistant, blendable, and has always stayed put (even after a day out on a motorcycle). I'll always be back for more eye pencils as long as they are on Amazon.

It's ok, still runs and smudges but not as bad
If you are a sunscreen user,this one will also run . It's ok. Doesn't last very long.

Great product and worth the price.
I don't normally write reviews but I felt like I had to write one for this product. I've always had really watery eyes and struggle to find a good eyeliner that stays in place. I brought this one as it was cheaper than the leading brand and I read some reviews saying that it wasn't worth the price. But I think it is definitely worth it. When applying it you need to make sure your waterline is clean and dry before applying or it will smudge. I had to try a few times to get it right but now I have done it a few times I've worked it out. I would recommend using this if you struggle to keep your eyeliner in place all day, and if you have watery eyes if dry them first then it should work well. I put this on this morning at about 8am, I have been busy doing bits and pieces and went out in the rain and wind and it has stayed in place. I haven't tried sharpening it yet which I heard was one of the down sides to it but I'm sure if you have a good quality sharpener then I think it will be fine.

No eye irritation
Other gell products irritated my sensitive eyes. So far, this product is much better on my eyes.
