Bought this one to replace my older meter same model, but this seems to be the updated version. Press to Test button needs to be pressed and rotated 90 degrees to get constant generation of output voltage while testing insulation. For each voltage range there are two insulation ranges, so need to press the Range button to toggle between them. The manual is quite comprehensive and detailed. Build looks and feels too good.
