Not worth the hype , did not get any relief after applying on joints , better go for Baba baidyanath mahanarayan oil .

It's a great oil for quick pain relief
You just have to apply the oil on effected area and don't massage it just apply some heat by the help of heating belt or any other way u want and see the relief.
