I understand the cord is 110v. Is the machine can work on 220v if i'll change the cable cord that fit to 220v?

There is a singer power cord for an EU 220V outlet. If you are unsure about how to wire this, I strongly recommend you hire an electrician.

I really haven’t been disappointed in my HD 6800C. It has some nice features that my other HD Singer machine didn’t have and it saves me lots of time…although I can’t seem to conquer the needle threader. Ugh! Love the needle position option, the thread cutter, and the ability to easily select the fancy stitches.

Is this truly heavy duty like Sailrite?
