Wow Excellent . Love the mini’s
Wow.Bought from seller Click & get UK. Was listed as used Excellent condition. Received my iPhone mini 13 today and am so pleased with it.I did have a iPhone 13 Pro but it was too big for my hands. I’m really fussy with my iPhones when it comes to marks and scratches but I took the chance and am so glad I did. There is not one single mark on the entire phone. This phone is like brand new. Battery life 89% so pleased with that. I have already got a cover and screen protector on it to keep it in the new condition it arrived in. Everything works perfectly on the phone. Also came with a 1 metre lead and USB plug. Can not fault a single thing. I love it.

Disappointing condition - false advertising?
The phone worked and had no scratches on the screen. However, it was described as being in "excellent" condition yet the chassis is covered in scratches, scuffs and dents. It was sold by Loop Mobile via Amazon. I went to the Loop Mobile website and I would personally grade this as "good" according to their criteria - not "excellent" as it was described by Amazon. The battery was at 87%. The cosmetic condition of the phone and the disparity with it's description lets it down. Had I purchased the phone in "good" or "fair" condition, knowing and expecting it would have these dents and scuffs, for a lower price, I would have been okay with receiving it in this condition. However, a phone described as "excellent" should not have cosmetic damage like this. For this reason, I have returned the phone and will purchase elsewhere.

Excellent condition
Phone turned up in excellent condition as advertised. The charger was not a genuine apple charger (I must have missed that bit) but it works fine. It came with a screen protector which was a nice bonus. Daughter been using for a week with no issues. I used baxkmarket previously but thought id give Amazon a go. Would buy again.

Prevented my phone screen from breaking
It stopped my phone screen from breaking when I dropped my phone face down. The screen looked cracked in many places, but after removing the protector, my phone was perfect! Thank you!!!

Time waste
I bought this phone from ESLUK and the battery was at 78% and there were clearly very visible scratches from a distance. First delivery was delayed and now it will take 14 days to process a refund. Phone should never have been sold as "excellent". Total waste of time.
