This is an amazing product!!! It stays charged for so long and is very well made. The videos that you can scan are also super helpful. I was looking for something that would help the look and feel of my face and this is it!!! It is expensive but it is worth it.

I have multiple headache disorders. I’ve been using this for over a year to help manage TMJ and relieve tension headaches. The infrared light setting builds heat in muscles and helps them relax. I also use the electro current attachment to interrupt nerve pain from trigeminal neuralgia (kinda like you’d use a tens unit). I bought the heating and cooling attachments which I use during migraines. With regard to the beauty benefits: I do think this tool does what it claims. But it’s important to note that it does a ton of stuff so there are trade offs (e.g. a red light mask would get you better coverage faster). I do find the facial cleansing brush to be completely useless. If your buying this as a beauty tool I’d say: think critically about what you want to do with it and decide if a dedicated tool is a better choice.

I purchased the Theraface Pro in 2023 through Amazon and took good care of it, but now it won’t charge or power on at all. When I reached out to Therabody customer service, I was told my warranty had expired — just over a year — and there are no repair options, not even paid service. For a premium-priced device, I expected better quality and support. It’s frustrating that a $400+ product stops working shortly after the warranty ends with no path forward. Disappointed and won’t be buying from Therabody again.

This is a high quality product, which is expected from Therabody, and it works as expected. I knocked off a star though because the battery drains really quickly and I feel like the microcurrent is a little weak and the gel it comes with dries up quickly so I have to keep reapplying. But I'm going to see if I still get results with consistent use.

I got this about a week ago, so I've had a bit of time to play around with it. I have wanted a microcurrent device for quite a while now, so I was excited when I saw that this was a multi use product. See below for my thoughts on each function. Microcurrent: This is why I originally wanted this device. I have never tried one, so I cannot compare it to anything else on the market, but I definitely see immediate results after using. I can't wait to see the long term results. LED: This was an excited addition for me. I love using the different LED settings as a bonus skincare treatment. I have used this function multiple times. Cleansing Ring: This is the one that I could live without. It is nice, but seeing as the device is not waterproof (it is water resistant) I don't want to risk breaking it using the cleansing ring, as I am clutzy and would absolutely drop it into the sink under running water eventually. However, I did try it, and it is nice, but I own other facial cleansing tools so I will use those. If I did not already own other cleansing devices, I would use this more. Percussive Attachments: These are wonderful. I like that it comes with a few options. I have used it on my face, neck, chest. (And even the back of my neck and shoulders when I had a headache!) I use these the most frequently, as I have a lot of tension in my face. Overall, my skin has been looking clearer than ever and more healthy. I can't say which function helps the most, as I've been using them all so much. I cannot wait to see how my skin looks after a few months of continuous use!

This is probably handy if you travel multiple times a month or live out of a suitcase, otherwise, just consider it a gimmick. For the price, you are better off buying specialty machines that will give better results. * The light therapy is better done as a mask and will save you MASSIVE time investing in one of those. Otherwise kiss goodbye an hour plus of your day to get the same coverage * The electric therapy is great, but you can not get fine line areas with how large the bulbs are, there are machines that specialize in this that are way more effective. * The hot and cool rings are an extra $100 and truthfully you can buy individual ones on amazon that work better. Really, the hot ring is as good as putting warm water on your face, so you really want the cool ring. The problem is the cool ring is awkward and hard to get the key areas under eyes and nose, so consider that one nowhere near as effective. * Just throw away the facial scrubber and "stimulator" this is silly. Its just a baby theragun that punches you in the face. No ultrasonic movements or anything fancy. You're better off buying a specialty machine. This is mostly marketing hype, and I have a lot of this company's products. Skip this and buy the top ones for each thing you'll use. Your dollar, time and results will go further.

Skip a few expensive facials and pick this baby up instead for long-term, frequent use at a crazy value! I love that it combines so many skin care tools in one! I've wanted a blue light wand forever, so I'm especially excited about finally having that (bye bye spot acne!)... The percussive features of the device were ones I truly thought I'd skip (I'm here for the cleanser and the LED treatments) but I tried them anyways and I'm frankly obsessed. My jaw muscles relaxed in a way I haven't felt in years. After just using the percussive device, which my husband didn't know I was using, I walked into the kitchen and he said "your face looks different, like younger - but really different." We talked more and he said it was just my whole entire face looked better somehow - less tired - but it wasn't necessarily my skin. I felt my face was more relaxed but it's crazy that he noticed! Definitely going to be diligently utilizing this in my daily routine from here on out. It's night and day better than the other comparable devices I have.
