The nose protectors are just what I was looking for. They are quite large. I was able to cut each one into 3 pieces. The adhesive is good, but not overly sticky. I've been able to wear the same one a couple of times each. I have oily skin, so I'd advise to wipe your skin before applying.

The material is basically a band-aid. Very sticky and leaves adhesive on your skin when removed You can buy one of the large band-aid dressings and cut it for yourself. Plus, these are humongous. If you have a giant, bulbous nose these might work for you but otherwise, save your money.

Shape and size provide good coverage for a man's nose. However, purchased product to provide sun protection for a golfer with a 1-year post surgical nose for skin cancer. Product is 100% adhesive bandage-type material without any protective gauze pad on it. When applied directly to the scar tissue on the nose, it causes tenderness, irritation and is difficult to remove without damaging the fragile skin. To use the product, we currently have to put a small gauze pad on the nose first, then apply the adhesive product over it. Too bad it isn't made like a bandage with a built in gauze pad attached to the adhesive! I've looked for appropriately shaped bandages that provide good coverage and protection for the nose post-operatively (as well as for sun protection) for 4-5 years now without real success. It is shocking that there's very little available given the fact that the nose is so susceptible to skin cancer and so difficult to cover.

I was going to the Caribbean 3 weeks after reconstructive nose surgery, and I wanted to absolutely minimize sun exposure to my fresh scar. I bought these and trimmed them to fit me. They covered my nose well, and they came off fairly easily. The best part was that I was able to use them for multiple days. People knew I had a bandage on my nose, but they didn’t look that bad. I will buy more when I need them.

These are a bit more expensive than others on Amazon, but as with most things more expensive they are the better product. I purchased others and they were all cheap plastic, weak adhesive, and/or too small for an adult. These nose guard patches are big so you can trim them down to fit your nose and they are made from a cloth-like material. Good adhesive that stands up well to moisture.

After nose surgery and a follow up procedure I was hesitant to get in the summer sun. These nose guard patches were easy to use and stayed in place, until I fidgeted with them. They didn't look like a clown nose, drawing attention to my healing nose.

Product is made to fit someone whose nose is the size of Jimmy Durante and it very difficult to cut to size. Adheres well and removes easily but that is the only plus.
