Really soothing when I have migraines and tension headaches! It provides good head compression but isn't too tight. It doesn't stay cold as long as I would like, however this is probably because it gets cold enough to provide relief, but not too cold that it causes brain freeze. If you get migraines/tension headaches often, I'd recommend getting 2 of these so that you can keep rotating them (one on your head and one in the freezer).

I have a huge head, and it's a bit small for me as standard. However, if you're careful and leave some material away from the seam, you can cut the top panel out (contains none of the gel pads) which slightly reduces the pressure on smaller heads but lets it fit mine perfectly. Easy to use, comfortable, and seems to be good quality.

I have bought this to treat my hair fall instead of migraine. After a huge research on hair loss treatments, I have learnt that heat impacts our roots increasing a negative impact on scalp and hair root health. The fitting and size are perfect. Not bothered with its appearance. I use it every day for as long as needed when feeling hot (menopausal). I do as well red light therapy. The cooling felling is comforting.

This product works so well, if I get it on in time, I may not even need to take painkillers. It is really comfortable, wish I had ordered this ssoner. Absolutely love it.

Product doesn’t stay on your head just slides off, stays cold for about 10 minutes that’s it. Wouldn’t recommend.

I get a lot of sinus headaches, and while I still take a pain reliever to help with them, I will put this on while waiting for the pain reliever to kick in. I love the compression, it feels really nice on my head. It’s actually quite relaxing. My eyes even feel relaxed after using it. I love keeping it in the freezer and then when I need it, I just get it out of the freezer and put it on - though, I usually don’t put it on right away. It can be a bit too cold at first, and can get a little uncomfortable, so I will usually let it sit out for a just few minutes before putting it on…or even rub the inside and outside, front and back, a few times, just to let it “warm” up just a little. But the cold feels really nice along with the compression and it’s really relaxing!

I normally use two clay style ice packs, one in front one in back. This one covers my WHOLE head! Love it. Gave me instant relief-does not take it all away but allows a different flow to happen based on the pressure from touching all over my head-and the cooling is perfect! I bought two!
