I have a 2015 VW Passat with the canister filter. It depends on what engine is in the 2015 can am spider. Once you find your engine specs you can Google search for the oil change tools needed. My canister filter has a 6 point notch that this socket pits on to and with a ratchet removes the canister and I can replace the oil filter.
