Good size, keeps cool for at least 30 minutes. I like the soft side that can be placed directly on the skin.

Originally bought these because I was having my gallbladder out , and after you have surgery , things like this are really good... I got it because I thought it would be softer.... It's pretty solid when you freeze it.And once it starts to warm up , it doesn't really work....it did ok for what I needed but the rubber ice packs were actually better
