Return material sent with no proper hygiene followed and Defected stitched item
Very Unfortunate to know that W is doing like this.. First I receive a Return material with a double packet , the inner packet was tornand then covered with another packet, and the dress was folded very unprofessional way..I still ignored .. and gave it a first wash to the dress since covid times are going ..and then tried the dress. The dress is too small .. its to tight on the chest area.. I have other Kurta's also of W in same size M but this one seems stitching error, and is small comparing the regular M size WHY?and why there are no size chart available for few items?Als you people should follow proper return material sending agin to customers .. you should again do steam ironing or something to clean it againsince I had very little time for my occasion.. I decided to loosen the sitch from left and right and then try .. but no luck .. when I wore the dress it tore from the arm pit area... Had a very bad experience with this dress... Now what will the Brand do with the issue.. is my money a waste...do let me know what to do with the dress now.. or it will be used to mop my house..
