The good: works great. Clear sound, no background noise and plugs directly into my phone or computer. Reasonably comfortable and lightweight. I prefer wired headphones as I am on the phone all day for work, and I don't have to worry about battery issues or losing an ear bud. They seem sturdy and well constructed. The not so great: The box arrived damaged and it was clearly an open box. I can't tell if it was used or not, but it was definitely an open box and not packaged correctly. I know amazon has a reputation for being a clearinghouse for this kind of thing, and you always take a chance, but it was a great price and the product works well and appears undamaged, so I'm keeping them.

Great product and great value for price. Great corded USB for PC and work from home jobs. Sound is great and so is mic.

I listen to music frequently, and these headphones perform well for everyday use. The audio quality is clear, allowing individual instruments and the bass to be heard distinctly. For the price, the sound amplification is impressive. The microphone does pick up voice input, but it requires being positioned very close to the mouth, which is the main drawback. Overall, for watching videos and listening to music, these headphones are a solid option. I have bought multiple pair even for working from home.

I've been using these Logitech H390 headphones for my remote work and social media for a few months now, and they have been a great addition to my home office. The first thing I love is the design. The rose pink color is so stylish and a nice change from the usual black headsets. Beyond the looks, they are incredibly comfortable, even during long video meetings. The adjustable headband and soft ear cushions make it easy to wear them all day without any discomfort. Great quality for the price. The performance is excellent. The sound quality is clear for both music and calls, and the noise-cancelling microphone does a great job of cutting out background noise, which is essential for my video meetings. The in-line controls are super convenient, so I can adjust the volume or mute my mic without fumbling around. The length of the cord is not too long and definitely not short because I can move around while I pace on calls during meetings. I had my hubby create this little video of how to get it set up and test the mic and audio. No real issues with connectivity at all. I know it's a little long but I hope its helpful to someone. Lastly, these headphones are a perfect blend of style, comfort, and function. They've made my workday much more comfortable and enjoyable. Although I'm not a gamer, I highly recommend this brand and these headphones.

I am beyond happy with these headphones! I've struggled with finding the right earbuds but when I saw the headphones, and the label mentioned "logitech", I knew I could trust them. I love the quality of the sound, they are so comfortable on my ears, I really can't say enough about them. I'm in my 80s and was about to give up trying to hear when on my computer. If you're also tired of being able to hear while on your computer, you don't need to worry. Logitech is the way to go. I love them so much!!

When I began teaching online the fall of 2018, I bought my first pair of these headphones. I taught every morning for 4 hours and Friday and Saturday night for 4 - 6 hours. So these were well used. Currently, my son is still using them. I bought a back up pair in early 2020 and they stayed in the package for another year before my son needed an emergency pair and I gave the old ones and wore the new ones. The mic arm on that pair has always been tight and awkward ... and sometimes it gets stuck and I have to wiggle the base a bit to get it to turn. So I wanted to upgrade and purchased two on the more expensive Logitech headsets .. that cover your entire ear. So, I'm nearly blind and rely on my sense of sound to compensate for what I cannot see. I was unprepared for the sense of unbalance with the full ear cover set. And I could not hear myself. And I had to keep reaching up to pull them away from my ears to let the air pressure equalize. I have one bright child, Anna, who only lasted 15 minutes with the new set before begging me to put on the old ones. (I can't hear you with that one .. it just sounds so different.) We also tried the bluetooth set, and said the same thing. I began asking my other students ... every one of them wanted me to use my old headphones. Although one said the bright color was "disturbing" after seeing the black ones for 3 years. With their urging, I bought a third pair of these. Not so comfortable at times, especially at the beginning, but they do loosen up over time. There is a volume / mute button on the cord that ONLY affects the volume ... and it is super easy to run my hand down the side to adjust volume with each student and to mute myself for a cough or to talk to my kids for a second. Some kids claim that they can hear everything going on around me, and others don't notice it. Only a few of my students use headphones or earbuds. I'm still teaching my same schedule here as 2023 progresses. And still wearing the same headphones. June 2024 ... I finally had to retire the last pair of headphones, as the wires were become exposed. So, a year and a half after purchase, I pulled the 3rd pair out of their box. And I wish I could send them back. These are nowhere near the quality of the last two pair. How disappointed I am! The size adjustments keep sliding out, so the ears sag as I'm teaching. The feel of the plastic is much cheaper. I can hear the slide of the plastic when I adjust the mic up or down. These are horrible - but I'm stuck with them. Also, there is a "burr" of plastic sticking out that scrapes my leg while I'm teaching .. on the mic adjustment. I'm not sure how long these will last, but it's not going to be the 3-4 years of the last two pair. These are horrible.

I work from home, so I wear these 8 to 10 hours a day on a seemingly endless string of Teams meetings. They are very comfortable and work great. On average, they last about a year to a year and a half before I start to experience the sound cutting in and out and I have to order a new headset. I'm currently on my 5th headset in 9 years. Well worth it for the price though. My co-worker bought a nice $350 bluetooth headset and has had to replace it once. He's $700 in compared to my $100.

I have bought about 6 pairs of these over the last 15 years. I love them. They're cheap, reliable, sturdy, compatible with everything, etc.. I wear them 8 hours per day every day for work. Whether it's for listening to music, or teams calls, etc.. I would say they last me 3 or 4 years before I have to buy another, and I am NOT gentile with them. They end up on the floor a couple times per week, etc.. If I had any complaint it is that something either changed with recent versions of this, or with the new Teams client, but sometimes now the new teams client will un-mute the physical button on the headset without me touching it. It is not consistent, and I THINK it is because Teams is doing it, but I didn't used to have the problem with older versions. I have never been able to find anyone else complaining about this, so I am probably the only one who doesn't know where a particular setting to avoid this is. Anyway, I am just more careful to "double Mute" when on Teams!!!
